    Lucid Pattern

    Lucid Pattern is my new consultancy focused on responsible AI integration, organizational research, and structured transformation strategy. The practice supports organizations as they navigate emerging technologies and evolving operational demands—offering policy and governance design, workforce training, ethical safeguards, and sector‑specific calibration for responsible AI adoption. Lucid Pattern also provides evidence‑based organizational research through clarity mapping, alignment studies, and benchmarking against ethical, operational, and cultural standards, with expert witness and litigation support services available. Its transformation and change strategy work combines strategic planning with offsite facilitation to help teams refine operations, strengthen resilience, and adopt practical decision‑making frameworks that honor existing capability while supporting thoughtful, sustainable change.

    Technology Development

    I was granted a U.S. Utility Patent (U.S. 12,147,562 B1) for inventing an AI‑enhanced ledger technology. Securing the patent required years of diligence, documentation, and strategic stewardship to protect the method and its applications. The system introduces a new form of self‑sovereign, AI‑assisted ledgering designed to operate securely in both classical and quantum computing environments—offering an alternative to blockchain architectures and, in the future, the potential to replace systems like Bitcoin in quantum‑vulnerable contexts. I am now focused on licensing the technology to organizations that can benefit from it, while also laying the groundwork for a research lab dedicated to advancing, testing, and operationalizing the architecture in a structured, collaborative environment.

    UN Internet Governance Forum (IGF)

    I have been part of the United Nations Internet Governance Forum (UN IGF) ecosystem since 2017, contributing to global discussions on digital rights, governance, and the future of the internet. I currently serve as a member of the MAG’s Strategy Working Group, helping shape long‑term planning and multistakeholder engagement. I also participate in the IS3C Communications and Strategy Working Group, supporting efforts to advance the global adoption of security‑related internet standards. My work across these spaces reflects a commitment to inclusive, transparent, and globally coordinated internet governance.
