Romella has shaped national frameworks for civil rights compliance, psychological safety, policy implementation, and workforce modernization. She has led HR modernization efforts, interdisciplinary innovation initiatives, and architected data driven solutions that reduce inefficiencies while strengthening cultural and operational alignment.
With Lucid Pattern, Romella seeks to provide organizational research, organizational strategy, and AI training focused on career development and employee growth. She also aims to deliver litigation support services for AI related employment matters and DEIA issues, drawing on her extensive background in data analysis, demographic persona research, and expert support for legal strategy. Romella holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, dual undergraduate degrees in Economics and Psychology, and a utility patent that bridges AI and next generation ledger technologies across quantum and non quantum environments (U.S. Patent 12,147,562 B1). She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and a seasoned architect of strategic messaging, change leadership, and alliance building.
